Come see Drew White's Christendom! Synopsis Iusti wants to be a knight. Being merchant class, Jewish, and queer in medieval Brittany means his chances are slim. But a faltering economy and the declaration of the Fist Crusade provide opportunities that bring Iusti closer to his goal. As he stumbles toward knighthood, Iusti has to rethink his understanding of faith, war, love--and Christendom itself.
